The mother dog is determined to keep her pups alive and battles alone, her will evident as she gets no help.
The bushes held the mother dog and her four puppies. Two days old puppies, they were damp.
The mother dog held her children alive even though she was starving and dehydrated. The mama dog was most likely abandoned after becoming pregnant and giving birth in the bushes in the middle of nowhere.
Fortunately, the caring woman saw them and ensured their safety. The mama dog and her puppies are safe and sound in a temporary shelter.
